This strategic addition to the Younium management team underscores the company's dedication to enhancing customer success and expanding support for both existing and new customers across Europe and North America.
Viktoria brings over 20 years of experience in the software and consulting business. She most recently served as a Director of EY Technology Consulting and has previously held managerial positions at the SAP and Microsoft partner company Implema. Her knowledge and proven track record in the implementation of advanced software services as well as her passion for customer success will be instrumental in helping Younium achieve its mission to help B2B SaaS companies operate, develop, and expand their subscription businesses globally.
